1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the MockVora website (mockvora.com) or the MockVora Android mobile application, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our platform immediately.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or 18 where required by applicable local law) to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at mockvora.tech@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. AI Simulation Disclaimer & No Employment Guarantee

Scorecard grades, fit ratings, and feedback notes are generated algorithmically for candidate coaching and practice guidance only. MockVora does not guarantee job placement, employment offers, passing of competitive exams (such as UPSC, SSC, or Banking tests), or specific outcomes in real-world interviews conducted by third-party employers.

4. Practice Credits, Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

MockVora operates on a credit-based access model:

• Free Trial: New registered users receive 2 complimentary practice credits valid for 7 days upon sign-up.
• Starter Pack: 10 mock interview rounds, valid for 30 days (₹399).
• Pro Career Pack: 30 mock interview rounds with priority evaluation, valid for 60 days (₹999).
• Executive Pass: 60 mock interview rounds with in-depth analytics, valid for 90 days (₹1,999).

Exactly one (1) credit is consumed upon launching a mock interview session. In-app purchases within our Android mobile app are processed securely through Google Play Billing, and web payments are handled by certified payment gateways in Indian Rupees (INR). Credits are digital consumable goods tied exclusively to your registered account and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the instant provisioning of digital AI computing resources, once a practice credit has been consumed in an interview round, it is non-refundable. However, if your payment was successfully deducted but credits were not activated due to a technical server synchronization issue, you may use the "Restore Purchases" feature in the mobile app or contact our team with your Google Play / payment transaction ID for immediate credit provisioning or refund review.

6. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

All software code, conversational voice architectures, visual avatars, UI design tokens, brand marks, and scorecard telemetry systems are the exclusive intellectual property of MockVora.

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or exploit any part of our platform; automated bots, abusive audio inputs, or attempts to bypass the credit deduction engine are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

7. Camera & Microphone Permissions

The mock interview room requires microphone access for real-time speech transcription and optional front camera preview for body posture practice. Camera video streams are rendered strictly on your local device and are never recorded or stored on our remote servers. For complete details on data handling, please consult our Privacy Policy.

8. Updates to Terms & Governing Law

We reserve the right to revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of MockVora following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
