When you register and use MockVora, we collect account credentials (name, email address, target job role), spoken audio transcripts generated during mock interview sessions, and resume documents you voluntarily upload to tailor custom questions.
Your voice transcripts and answers are evaluated in real-time solely to score your responses, compute speaking pace (WPM), detect filler words, and generate your scorecard report. We do not sell or rent your personal profile, answers, or resume data to third-party recruiters or advertising brokers.
The MockVora interview room requires microphone access for real-time speech-to-text processing. Video preview from your camera is rendered locally in your browser/app for presence practice and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted to our backend servers.
All client-server communications are encrypted using modern Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS). User passwords are cryptographically hashed using industry-standard BCrypt algorithms, and API authentication is secured via signed JSON Web Tokens (JWT).
You retain full ownership of your data. You may delete your account, uploaded resumes, and past interview history at any time directly from the application or by sending a request to mockvora.tech@gmail.com.
